There is no sales department here and no call center. When you call (321) 890-2512 during business hours you’re reaching a small Cocoa company, and the person who inspects your house is the same person whose name is on the license.

Ryan Townsend, owner
Daniel Ryan Townsend grew up in Port St. John and still lives there with his family. He has been in restoration since his early twenties, more than fifteen years now, and worked his way to the top of a larger company before starting Affordable Water and Mold Removal on March 10, 2018. The first six months were pay‑what‑you‑want carpet cleaning to earn a name in the county; the water and mold work took over from there, and carpet cleaning isn’t offered anymore.
Ryan holds IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) certifications and is a Florida‑licensed mold remediator (MRSR3317). He also holds a Florida mold assessor license (MRSA3762), which is exactly why the company does not do its own testing: Florida keeps the assessor and the remediator separate on a job, and he’d rather be the one doing the work. He writes every estimate himself in Xactimate, inspects most jobs personally, and is the one your adjuster talks to if there’s a question about scope.
The techs
Two field technicians run the equipment, the containment and the daily moisture readings, and they’ve been doing it long enough that Ryan trusts them with jobs he isn’t standing in. They’re IICRC‑trained, covered by workers’ comp, and the ones most likely to be at your door for day‑two and day‑three readings. We don’t put their names on the website because the person who shows up may be a newer team member; whoever it is will have the same checklist, the same meters and the same standards.
The office
Scheduling, follow‑up and paperwork run through family, and the phones are answered by a receptionist service that books you directly into Ryan’s calendar. If you’d rather text, the number is the same.
What we carry
$1,000,000 in general liability plus a separate $1,000,000 mold liability policy, and workers’ compensation on the technicians. BBB accredited. Members of the Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce and Accelerate Brevard. Veterans and seniors get 10% off.
What we won’t do
We won’t tell you you’re on a preferred vendor list, because we’ve never been on one. We won’t test the mold we’re being paid to remove. We won’t work inside your air handler; that’s a licensed HVAC company’s job. We won’t do the rebuild; we hand you to contractors we trust. We won’t work on mobile homes. And we won’t ask you for a review after an inspection, only after real work is finished.
