How a commercial job works

  1. You call. We set up a free on-site moisture evaluation.
  2. We start water extraction and set drying equipment. Dry-out is typically 3 to 4 days.
  3. We record moisture readings and photos at every visit.
  4. We document everything for your insurance claim and write the Xactimate estimate.
  5. If mold is found, we contain the area and remove it. An independent assessor checks the work when we finish.

We do not do rebuild. When the building is dry and clean, we refer you to contractors we work with.

Mold in a commercial building

Start with a mold inspection. We tell you whether a formal mold assessment is needed. Assessments are done by an independent assessor, not by us. See how mold testing works in Florida and our partner page.

A recent job: flooded commercial building

Heavy rain flooded a commercial building in Brevard County. We treated the affected areas with an antimicrobial application, removed the flooring that couldn’t be saved, and dried out the property. A few weeks later the same flooding came back, and we returned to dry it out again. The building has since been fully dried and restored.
