Ryan was so great to work with! He came out the next day and started with work in under a week. We had a baby while he was working on our project and he was so understanding and flexible with us. Extremely reasonable with pricing as well. I pray we won’t have to use him again but if we ever find ourselves needing water or mold work we will definitely work with him again! Ryan was so great! Wow! I am so impressed we with Ryan's knowledge, response and his professionalism. I had an AC leak and had wet carpet in one of my rooms. I cleaned the area and dried it myself then a few weeks later decided I should have someone come and check the area for mold/moisture to avoid any future issues. I called late on a Friday afternoon hoping to get something scheduled the following week. He asked if I would be home that evening and came by a few hours later as promised. He checked the area for moisture and determined all was good. He took the time to answer my questions, explain some things to me and reassure me that I had done a good job with the cleanup and that my AC was working well and keeping the humidity level where it should be. He didn't charge for his time and I am so very appreciative! I would highly recommend his services!

TRULY OUTSTANDING SERVICE!
After a bedroom fire in my elderly sister-in-law's condo, her 2nd floor unit was a mess, with fire and smoke and water damage. Ryan and his team were onsite within hours of getting the call. I live out-of-state and arrived that afternoon to find the water damage mitigation efforts almost complete. But then the heavy work started. All the flooring and baseboards had to come up, and to do that, ALL the water logged furniture, clothes, etc. had to be removed. Most of it was unsalvagable, but every item had to be evaluated. So i sorted while Ryan's guys lugged it all downstairs to a dumpster or the garage. It was really hard work, and they worked steadily, without complaint or attitude. Thanks to Ryan and his team, a very difficult and unsavory job got done well, in minimum time. Their help and advice were real blessings.

Ryan came out the same day I called and he was just incredible. Since this was a small mold job he gave me step by step instructions on how to remediate this myself. He also provided links to the products I needed to buy. You just don’t see that type of integrity these days. He also told me to call him if I had any questions. Daniel was thorough and honest, and educated us on the problem we had.

We called Affordable for a second opinion after our original call said we had very high moisture behind an exterior wall and they’d have to tear down the drywall and fix for 3k plus. Daniel showed us that this was indeed not the case.

He didn’t make a dime off of the call, but he will be my first call should we actually have an issue. Highly recommended.

Ryan was there as soon as we notified him that there was a leak. He expeditiously set up fans, helped with moving furniture around, did everything he possibly could to mitigate the damage, and did it all while calming a 96 year old and assuring her it will all be taken care of Not only is he efficient but he is caring and compassionate towards his customers. I can’t recommend him enough, he will get the job done better than anyone else in the industry. We have also used Ryan to clean up mold from a faulty AC system and once again he came in, completed the necessary tasks, left everything immaculate, and was very thorough. Arrived to my parents' condo on a holiday weekend to mold growing on the wood and leather furniture. I can’t recommend Ryan and his team enough. I had a significant water leak at my condo and Ryan and his team were at my place within 30 minutes of calling. They were very efficient with all the necessary demo and deployment of dry out equipment. He was very communicative throughout the process and provided very detailed documentation for my insurance claim. Additionally, he provided great recommendations for Public Adjusters and General Contractors to help me with the recovery phase. Unfortunately my insurance company dragged their feet substantially with paying off his invoice. Despite that, Ryan was very gracious and understanding when it came to the late payment from my insurance company.

It’s so refreshing to get assistance without being pressured into a service. We discovered a small mold patch under our HVAC and Ryan instructed me on how to clean it best, he checked the air humidity and the HVAC unit itself. Ultimately he assured me remediation was not necessary. I was already cautious of having someone come look because we are a single income family and mold remediation is not cheap. When his first words were don’t be too concerned I could’ve cried! We have two babies and I’m in the THICK of it so his help, time in answering my questions, and ability to understand my paranoia with his on little at home!

We had an excellent experience with Affordable Water and Mold Removal during an incredibly stressful situation.

We worked with Ryan, who arrived at our home within 30 minutes of our call and immediately helped us understand what needed to happen. Our home is a new build and less than six months old. After a warranty drywall repair in our second-floor laundry room, the subcontractor forgot to reconnect the washing machine drain hose. When our daughter ran the washing machine, the laundry room flooded, sending water across the second floor and down through the ceiling into the first floor.

While calls to our builder’s emergency line went unanswered, Ryan from Affordable Water and Mold Removal was at our home quickly with the remediation equipment needed to start addressing the damage. He was extremely professional, patient, and informative. He explained the entire process, walked us through our options, and reviewed the moisture readings with us so we understood the extent of the impact and what needed to be done.

Ryan was also very sensitive to our situation. This was our brand-new home, and we were extremely worried about the possibility of having to tear up and replace flooring, deal with mold, or even be displaced from our home with our three children. His quick response and expertise made a huge difference. Without him acting as quickly as he did, the damage could have been much worse.

I would never wish this situation on anyone, but if you ever need water removal or mold remediation services, I recommend Affordable Water and Mold Removal without reservation. Ryan truly saved our home and gave us peace of mind during a very stressful time.
